All pastors and leaders know this tension: we want to build church as well as we can, we give everything, and yet at the same time we know that God carries the decisive part. Does this mean we should lean back and simply trust that God will work? Certainly not. Conversely, does it mean we just need to try hard enough and get better in order to manage it by our own strength? Certainly not either.
We want to grow in humility, spiritual hunger and faith, and at the same time learn which methods and principles prepare the ground well. We want to learn how to make the best possible use of the seed that God has entrusted to us. No system, no strategy and no initiative can replace God’s work. We plow, we sow, we water, and God makes it grow.
We want to encounter God together, hear from great speakers, let the Holy Spirit work, and thereby be equipped and inspired anew.
It will get practical: we will learn together from our experiences, discuss the application, and work out suitable next steps for us as a church.
No pastor should be on their own! Meet people in similar situations, exchange ideas, and learn from others.
The conference is designed for pastors together with their core teams. This way, you can exchange thoughts directly about your experiences, the inputs, and the next steps for you as a church. Think about who from your leadership team you could attend together with and who else would benefit from it. At the same time, it’s also a chance to have a strengthening time and fun as a team. We want to invest together with you, in you and your team.
