The registration deadline is one week before the event, on February 12.
You will have your ticket as soon as you have personalized your booking. In the confirmation email you receive from Ticketpay after successful booking and payment, there is a link to the “My Ticket Portal”. There you first need to personalize your booked tickets, and only then can you download your ticket(s). If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please bring your ticket, either printed or digital. If you can no longer find your ticket, we are still able to locate you in the system using your name or your booking.
If you are unable to attend and would like to give your ticket to someone else, please contact the conference office via the contact form or at kontakt@credo-lead.de. Please don’t do this via the ticket platform, as a processing fee will be charged there.

The conference will take place entirely on the premises of Credo Church at Campus W-Oberbarmen (Windhukstr. 102, Wuppertal).
As a church, we have a parking lot with a number of spaces, as well as options to park on the street. In addition, the parking spaces in the courtyard of the fire brigade association may be used. Our parking attendants on site will be happy to help you. Please allow enough time on Friday and Saturday morning for parking and check-in.
You are welcome to use our parent-child room to follow the conference via video and audio while you look after your playing child. There is also a nursing room with a live feed available for breastfeeding mothers. Please note that there is no childcare provided.
You will be well catered for during the conference. Your ticket price already includes a snack after the event on Friday evening, as well as lunch and snacks on Saturday. Water will also be available in sufficient quantity. In addition, you’re welcome to treat yourself to a coffee or other drinks at our coffee bar around the conference and during breaks, at an affordable price.
